All work will be inclusive of the ideas, voices, experiences, and expertise of educators, students, parents, alumni, and community members. Divergent thinkers and a wide range of perspectives will strengthen the processes and the products. Our work will be research based, current, and include the study of projections of the future world of work as well as of life in a quickly changing, more diverse, and more connected world. We will take a systems-thinking approach to the creation and design of the processes and products. Indeed, K-12 coherence will drive deeper student achievement and the capacity to attain district goals. The why of all work will be explicitly tied to service to students, all students.
