In order to register your child(ren) in the school system, you will need to complete a Registration Packet. This packet includes a registration checklist, student health history form, student physical form, immunization record form, Home Language Questionnaire and records release consent form.  Students will not be placed in a class until all registration forms are completed.  These forms should be returned to Michele Porter at 1 Mount Hope Boulevard.  Please call 914.478.6251 with any questions or to schedule an appointment for registration.

 *PLEASE  NOTE that children who are 5 years old on or before December 1, 2019 are eligible to enroll in Kindergarten for September 2018.
