Hastings Students Participate in EuroChallenge Competition
Congratulations to the Hastings Euro-Challenge team! They will advance to the Semi-Finals at the Federal Reserve Bank in New York City on April 26. Of 35 participating teams in the Northeast Region, 13 were selected to compete with teams from all over the United States in the Semi-Finals.
Euro-Challenge is a competition, in which high school freshmen and sophomores present about an economics-related challenge confronting the Euro Area as a whole and one country in particular. The Hastings team--made up of Isabella Patittucci, Evangeline May, Elliot Rieseman-Tremonte, Thomas Kovac and Christian Healy--chose high unemployment and focused on Slovakia. Well done, team!
