Hastings Mayor Armacost visited Hillside and was interviewed by the 3rd and 4th grade students. She answered questions about what her job entails, her favorite things to do on the weekend and what happens when she sees someone in Foodtown! The students even made a beautiful banner to show their appreciation to Mayor Armacost. It was a wonderful experience for the youngsters to learn about village leadership and we thank Claudia Heitler for arranging this special opportunity.
